Domestic

Most orders ship within 1-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information to the email address submitted with your order.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on location.

We do not ship to PO boxes, therefore, please provide a physical address.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $100 (before tax) and shipped within USA.

Shipping to Hawaii is a Flat Rate of $30.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express orders placed before 1:00 pm (PST) will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped out on the next business day.

International

Malibu Sugar ships to all countries currently serviced by USPS. Please email us at shopmalibusugr@yahoo.com if you have any questions regarding placing an international order.

TRANSIT TIME
Typical transit time for international orders is 7-10 days. Once the order reaches the “Ship To” country, it may take additional time for your shipment to be cleared through customs. Customs clearance times vary by country and are at the discretion of the customs agency in the destination country.

COST & SHIPPING

Canadian orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $35. Does not include taxes and duties, see below.

TAXES & DUTIES
The international shipping charge does not include customs duties/taxes, which may be charged separately by the carrier. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package. For more information consult your local customs office.
