Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Please include a copy of your invoice along with your return.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
  • ALL returns must be unworn, unwashed merchandise.
  • ALL sale and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE.
  • ALL bath products and accessories are FINAL SALE.

If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items must be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased have any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.

Malibu Sugar is NOT responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. The original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Return Process: Once we have received the return and it is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email. Please note that your banking or Credit Card Company may take longer to process the refund. It may take up to 5-7 business days once they’ve received the information from us.
