We want you (and your tweens!) to love every Malibu Sugar piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Easy Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Returns are accepted for a full refund or store credit—your choice!

Exchanges
- Want a different size, color, or style? We’ll happily exchange your item at no extra shipping cost.
Sale Items
- Final Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged (but if anything arrives damaged, let us know right away and we’ll make it right).
Returns & Refunds 💕
We want you to be happy with every Malibu Sugar order! Here are a few things to know about returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: If something is returned that doesn’t meet these requirements, we’ll contact you and ship it back to you.
- Refund Approval: We may need to decline a refund if items show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a return isn’t eligible, the cost of shipping the item back to you will be your responsibility.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
- Please note: your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund to your account.
