Processing Time

  • Orders are packed with love and usually ship out within 3-5 business days.
  • You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Orders over $100 ship FREE (yay!).

·         Shipping to Hawaii is a Flat Rate of $40.

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Choose a faster option at checkout.

·         EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express orders placed before 1:00 pm (PST) will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped out on the next business day.

Delivery Notes

  • We ship anywhere in the U.S.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.
  • Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our control—but we’ll always help track things down if needed.

Where We Ship

  • Canadian orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $60. 
  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. (If you don’t see your country at checkout, email us—we’ll try our best to help!).

Shipping Times

  • International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Malibu Sugar package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

  • Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
